I worked as Assistant Restaurant Manager for 1 1/2 years in multiple locations throughout the company. I then assumed the roll of Director of Assets Protection where I conducted administrative audits of all restaurants insuring cash controls, company policy compliance, and theft prevention. During this time, I also was responsible for 3 restaurants as acting Area Coach.In the summer of 2004, I assumed the roll of Sr. Vice President of Administration. I work closely with the VP of Operations, Directors of Operations, and Area Coaches in the field dealing with all aspects of operations. My responsibilities include the supervision of human resources, training, marketing, IT, and maintenance. I also work closely with the accounting team on all financial aspects of the business.
