Work History:
· I have been employed with B&G Foods since 1994: hired as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for one year in Taco Bell. · I assisted in the opening of a Taco Bell in Franklin, La and worked as a GM for one year. My responsibilities were managing sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. · 1996 - promoted as an Area Coach responsible for operations of 4 Taco Bell units · 1997 - trained in KFC Operations through KFC Corporate where I assumed the roll of Director of Operations. I was responsible for all KFC operations from 7 new store builds to day-to-day operations working through 3 Area Coaches each responsible for 4 restaurants. · 2006 - I assumed the roll of Sr. Vice President of Operations; I work closely with the VP of Operations Administrations, 2 Directors of Operations, and Area Coaches in the field dealing with all aspects of operations.
