· Began employment with B&G Foods in 1994 as an assistant manager.

· Worked as a store manager for one year and in 1996 was promoted to area coach.

· In 1997 trained in KFC operations.  I was responsible for all KFC and 2n1 operations from 7 new stores builds and day to day operations.

· In 2006 I assumed the role of Sr. VP of Operations, I work closely with the VP operations administrations, 3 director of operations, and area coaches in the field dealing with all aspects of operations.
