I was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and I began working in food services during high school. I received my Associate Degree in Food Services, B.S Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Apprenticeship in Swiss Cooking (in St. Gallen, Switzerland). 

 

I met my wife in Lake Charles in 1985 and have remained in the south ever since.  After 20 years in Hotel/Restaurant Management and Director of Food Services for Clear Creek School District, we returned to Lake Charles.  I joined the B & G team as a Taco Bell RGM in 1998, worked as RGM for the KFC 2n1, and am currently an Area Market Coach.  In my spare time, I enjoy cooking (and catering), bowling, golfing, working on antique cars and volunteering at ACTS Theatre with my wife and teenage son.
